Whether we are aware of it or not, our physical bodies are always surrounded, supported, and infused by air.
Similarly, our spiritual lives are sustained by the invisible currents of the all-pervading Holy Spirit.
Like a new moth testing its wings, we tentatively learn to trust that Presence to uphold us, and the more we are able to trust the Holy Spirit rather than relying on our own strength, the more we are able to soar.
